12:42 - 2023/11/30

- Ahkam: It is a set of rules and guidelines that a Muslim must act within. Like the branches of religion (prayer, fasting, zakat, khums, hajj, jihad, enjoining the good, forbidding the evil, Tawalli, Tabarri).

Ahkam (Islamic Rules) for Teenagers and Young Adults  (Lesson “10”)

Ahkam:

Method of Stebra:

The best method of Stebra is that after stopping urination. if the fecal denominator is  Najes (impure), first clean it. then drag the middle finger of the left hand three times from the fecal denominator to the penis, and then put the thumb on the penis and Put your thumb under it and drag it three times to the tip of the penis and then press the tip of the penis three times.

Ghusl (Obligatory Bath):

Sometimes Ghusl is obligatory for prayer and other tasks that require ablution. for example after becoming Junub. The method is as follows:

Ghusl can be performed in two ways:

  1. Tartibi  (Sequential bathing):

First, the head and neck are completely washed. then the right side of the body is washed. and after that, the left half of the body is washed. As a Wajeb precaution, it should be done in the above order.

2 Irtimasi (By submerging  the whole body):

In Irtimasi bath, the whole body is placed under water at once.

The difference between ghusls, is only in their intention, not in their performance.

Question:

For the obligatory ghusl, is it necessary to pronounce the  Niyat (intention) in a correct way, or is it possible to make the intention in the mind?

Answer:

In intending, it is not necessary to speak or even in the mind. Rather, the same amount that you intend to perform ghusl or ablution or.... so that if someone asks, what are you doing?, you know the answer, is sufficient and correct. More than that is not necessary.

What are the conditions for correct ghusl?

All the conditions that we mentioned in the correctness of ablution are also necessary in ghusl. It is not necessary to wash the body from the top to the bottom, except for the Mowalat (it  is  not necessary  in Tartibi  Ghusl   to wash the  body  immediately  after  washing  the  head  and  the  neck.  [1]
