Give the Rewards of Deeds to the Infallibles (peace be upon them)

Rewards of Deeds to the Infallibles

Rewards of Deeds

When the angels handed me the letter of my actions and they said: “Read your book! Today your soul suffices as your own reckoner”.[1]

I will tell them to go to Amirul Momineen Ali (peace be upon him). I have nothing. I had given the reward of all the deeds I had done to my Guardian.  I will say to him that I have nothing but your love.

Dear friends!

It is better to give the rewards of every good deed we do to the Prophet or one of the infallibles (peace be upon them). Because our actions may not be pure for God, there may be an intention other than God in them, which is often the case. For example, if we do good to someone, we expect him to do good for us too. If we invite someone, we expect him to invite us too. And...

We see that in many of the good deeds we do, there is no sincere intention for God. God also does not accept actions that are not 100% for God's pleasure.[2]

But if we give our good deeds as gifts to the infallible Imams (peace be upon them), the shortcomings of our actions may be removed. God may ignore the shortcomings of our actions because of the position and dignity that the Infallibles have in the sight of God Almighty.

On the other hand, just as our good deeds destroy our bad deeds (Indeed good deeds efface misdeeds) [3], our bad deeds also destroy our good deeds, (Then We shall attend to the works they have done and then turn them into scattered dust)[4].

A person has done good deeds for a lifetime, but sometimes he has also committed sins, these sins destroy his good deeds from the inside like a termite that eats wood from the inside.

On the Day of Judgment, the doer will see that his good deeds are as big as a mountain, he becomes happy. But when he comes close to it, he will see that it is like dust scattered in the air that has no weight.

But if we give our deeds to Imams, nothing can destroy their deeds. Our actions remain with them, they do not need our actions, on the other hand, they are the family of grace and mercy, with their grace, love and intercession, we can have the best place in the heaven with them.
