This research is a translation and explanation of Ayatollah Khamenei's speech. In this article, I have tried to translate and explain the main lines of Imam Sadegh's life in Ayatollah Khamenei's thought. Hazrat Ayatollah Khamenei In the first days of the Islamic Revolution on the occasion of the martyrdom of Imam Sadegh gave a speech on jihad, struggle, and uprising in the lives of infallible Imams, especially Imam Sadegh (AS).In Ayatollah Khamenei's view, the basic activities of the life of Imam Sadegh (AS) are as follows:
-Organizational movement؛
-Establishing large-scale preaching groups in favor of the Shiites
-Explaining and preaching the issue of Imamate؛
-preaching and expressing the rules of religion in the manner of Shiite jurisprudence؛
-Establishment of a secret ideological-political organization by Shiite thought.
-Imam Sadegh (AS) is the sixth Shiite Imam who, like other infallible Imams, has a high position. The political, cultural, and scientific role, of Imam Sadegh, is of great importance in the Shiite religion, so the Shiite religion has called him the head of the Shiite religion. Many Muslim scholars and thinkers have lectured on the life of Imam Sadegh or written books and articles. This article tries to express the main lines of the life of Imam Sadegh (AS) in the thought of Ayatollah Khamenei (Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran). Ayatollah Khamenei has spoken about the characteristics of Imam Sadegh (AS) in five sections.
A.-Organizational movement
Regarding the organizational movement of Imam Sadegh (AS), Ayatollah Khamenei says:
Imam Sadegh was a man of struggle, a man of organizational struggle. Imam Sadegh (AS) was engaged in a wide-ranging and continuous struggle. The struggle to seize power and to establish an Islamic and Alawite government. What does organization mean? This means that when Imam Sadegh (AS) wants to know what he wants, his representatives all over the horizons of the Islamic world tell people to know. That is, to raise funds and budgets from everywhere to manage the great political struggle of Alavi. That is, his lawyers and representatives should be in all cities that the followers of Imam Sadegh (AS) should refer to and ask him about his religious duty as well as his political du.[1]
B.-Establishing large-scale propaganda groups in favor of the Shiites
Ayatollah Khamenei introduces the preaching activities of Islam by Imam Sadegh (AS) in three forms and says:
Explaining and preaching the issue of Imamate.
preaching and expression of the rules of religion in the way of Shiite jurisprudence and also the interpretation of the Qur'an in the way of Shiites.
Establishment of a secret ideological-political organization.[2]
C.-Explaining and preaching the issue of Imamate.
Ayatollah Khamenei says:
Imam Sadegh (AS), like other Shiite Imams, has made the issue of "Imamate" the main focus of his call. To prove this historical fact, the most conclusive evidence is the numerous narrations that quote the claim of Imamate from the language of Imam Sadegh (AS) clearly and explicitly. When spreading and preaching this matter, the Imam saw himself in a stage of struggle in which he had to directly and explicitly reject the rulers of the time and introduce himself to the people as the true owner of the province and Imamate. Another point that should be noted is that Imam Sadegh (AS) mentions the names of his righteous Imams and predecessors along with his name, and in fact connects the line of Imamate of Ahl al-Bayt (AS) and does not separate them. Ayatollah Khamenei says: "Amr Ibn Abi Al-Muqaddam" quotes Imam Sadegh (AS):[3]

Amr ibn Abi Muqaddam says:
I saw Imam Sadegh (as) in a position on the day of Arafa. The Imam shouted loudly: O people! Indeed, the Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, was the Imam, then Ali ibn Abi Talib, then Hassan, then Hussein, then Ali ibn al-Hussein, then Muhammad ibn Ali, peace be upon him.
He called twelve times and three times for those who were leading, right hand, left hand, and behind him.
Amr says: When I went to Mina, I asked the scholars of Arabic words about the interpretation of the word "heh".
They said: "Heh" in the word of Bani Falan: It means: "I am. "Ask me."
He says: Then I asked other Arabic words and they said the same meaning.
Therefore, there are many other narrations about the Imamate and their important position, which cannot be elaborated on here.
D.-preaching and expressing the rules of religion in the manner of Shiite jurisprudence.
Ayatollah Khamenei says about expressing the rules of religion in the style of Shiite jurisprudence in the opinion of Imam Sadegh (AS):
Imam Sadegh (AS), by expanding the scientific field and expressing Islamic jurisprudence and knowledge, and interpreting the Qur'an in a non-methodical way by the scholars affiliated with the government, had practically come into conflict with that system. For this reason, the government of Bani Abbas did not allow Imam Sadegh to meet with the people much for fear of enlightenment.[4]
E.-Establishment of a secret ideological-political organization by Shiite thought.
Ayatollah Khamenei says that due to the difficult political situation in the time of Imam Sadegh (AS), he had to carry out secret activities to preserve the Shiites.That's why he says:
At the end of the Bani-Omayyad period, Imam Sadegh (AS) led a large preaching organization whose job was to spread the Imamate of Ali (AS) and to correctly explain the issue of the Imamate; An organization that has been responsible for significant and useful activities on the issue of Imamate in many parts of the Muslim country, especially in Iraq and Khorasan.[5]
