How do we know that people (like prophets, Imams, etc.) existed in the past?
ANSWER:

(As in our time, someone in our group may ask, how do we know if an incident happened yesterday or the day before?)
now we should say ;
How did we know that wars and events have happened in history?! Although we have not seen them?!
We have come to know the existence of the past and past events in several ways:
1- First, by hearing from the past generation after generation, it has reached us.
so, Many incidents and events have been proved to people that they heard it from their past generations.
2- The second way, from the remains of the past, we find out about the events of the past. These remnants have different types: at one time some buildings and tools are left from them and we realize their existence. At one time, the writings and books that were left from them were of much higher value. ( If it is proven that the book was theirs,
But if the writings were written later by those who were close to that time, it is still valid).
