What is the duty of Muslims living in non-Muslim countries to fight HIV/AIDS?

AIDS Islam, because it is the ultimate religion, has rulings, instructions, and solutions for all aspects of human life, including individual and social life.

In some western countries, where Muslims also live, in order to fight AIDS, young people are advised to 1- use condoms, 2- refrain from it, and 3- be faithful to a life partner (without any restrictions). What is the position of the Islamic religion regarding these issues? And what is the duty of Muslims in this regard?

In the field of sexual needs, with regard to maintaining human dignity, Islam has established laws and regulations, a clear example of which is official and legal marriage within the framework of the Islamic holy law. Of course, it has left many partial solutions for human reasons. Certainly, Islam pays special attention to the issue of health and maintaining the health of people. To the extent that he did not allow any person to injure his body.

Therefore, what can be stated  as the opinion of Islam about the safety of AIDS  is in following:

ways to be safe against AIDS for Muslims in western countries

1. Marriage within the framework of Islamic law.

This means that the duty of a Muslim to preserve his religion and the health of his body and soul is, first of all, to marry according to the orders and rules of Islam and to stay away from divine prohibitions (in satisfying sexual matters).

2. Loyalty to one's life partner in the circle of Islamic rules.

If the marriage is performed according to the order of Islam, it is obvious that fidelity is the first condition for continued life.

3. Maintaining health and safety by using sanitary equipment and facilities if a temporary marriage is needed.

4. Avoiding sexual immorality and avoiding committing divine prohibitions.
