They are a kind of metaphor and allusion. They believe that these verses are likening "reasonable" to "perceptible" and the example of verse 43 of Surah Ankabut which says:

“These are parables that We set for people and they do not understand except the scholars”.[1]

They say that the meaning of the heavens inhabited by angels is the worlds of the Malakut, whose horizon is superior to this sensual world. The meaning of the devils approaching the Heavens and "eavesdropping" and "rejecting them" by "Shahabs/Meteors" is that: Whenever these devils want to approach the world of angels to learn about the secrets of creation and future events, they are rejected by the light of the Heavens, which they cannot bear. Because of the truth, their falsehoods are negated.

With all these interpretations, it seems that there is no other way to provide the most correct interpretation of these Qur'anic interpretations except to state a few introductions.

The meaning of "Sama/Heaven":

The Arabic word "Sama"; (Heaven) in many verses of the Qur'an means the same material sky. In some other verses it definitely means the spiritual sky and high status. For example, in verse 40 of Surah Al-A'raf, we read:

“Those who denied Our revelations and were arrogant against it, the gates of heaven will not be opened for them”.[2]

It is possible that the meaning of the sky here is an allusion to God's nearness, as we read in verse 10 of Surah Fatir:

“To Him ascends the good word, and elevates it the righteous conduct”.[3]

It is clear that righteous deeds and pure words are not things that go up to this sky, but they go to the position of nearness to God and find greatness and spiritual elevation. [4]
