Thomas Carlyle's opinion about Imam Hussain (AS)

Imam Hussain (AS) in the tragic story of Karbala actually, has empressive effects in the humankind's hearts. As an example, Thomas Carlyle (4 December 1795 – 5 February 1881) a Scottich essayist, historian and philosopher says: The best lesson we can learn from the tragedy of Karbala is that Imam Hussain and his companions had firm faith in God; by their actions, they made it clear that numerical superiority is not important where right meets wrong, and it  is surprising to me Imam Hussain's victory despite the minority he had.
