It is a brief outline of some of the sayings and hadiths quoted from Lady Zahra (S) regarding religious and moral issues.
In remembrance of the martyrdom of Lady Zahra (S) we are going to have a look at some of her hadiths quoted from her by Muslim scholars and narrators. She is quoted as saying:
فاطمه (س): "حُبِّبَ إلیَّ مِنْ دُنْیاکُمْ ثَلاثٌ : تلاوَةُ کِتابِ اللهِ وَالنَّظَرُ فی وَجْهِ رَسولِ اللهِ وَالإنْفاقُ فی سَبیلِ اللهِ"۔
"Three things of this world fascinate me: reading the Quran, looking at the Prophet’s face, and alms-giving in the way of Allah." [Nahj al-Hayat, Hadith 164]فاطمه (س): "مَنْ أصْعَدَ إلَی اللهِ خالِصَ عِبادَتِهِ، أهْبَطَ اللهُ إلَیْهِ أفْضَلَ مَصْلَحَتِهِ
"God will grant the best thing out of expediency to everyone who says prayers sincerely." [Behaar al-anwar, v70, p 249]فاطمه (س): "جَعَلَ اللهُ الصَّلاةَ تَنْزیهاً لَکُمْ عَنِ الکِبْرِ
"Allah has laid down ritual prayer to keep you away from arrogance and conceit" [Ehtejaj al- Tabarsi, v 1, p 258]فاطمه (س): "فَرَضَ اللهُ الصّیامَ تَثْبیتاً لِلْإخْلاصِ"
"Allah made fasting incumbent in order to be sincere affirmed by it." [Behaar al-anwar, v 29, p 241]فاطمه (س): "یا بُنَیَّ، الجارُ ثُمَّ الدّار"ِ
"My dear son, always place your neighbors before your own family." [Behaar al-anwar, v 43, p 81]فاطمه (س): "نَحْنُ وَسیلَتُهُ فی خَلْقِهِ وَنَحْنُ خاصَّتُهُ وَمَحَلُّ قُدسِه"ِ
"The Ahl al-Bayt- are God’s agents amongst people, they have been chosen by God, and they have been endowed with His holiness." [Sharh-e-Nahjulbalagha Ibn Abil Hadid, v 16, p 211]
