The Leader of the Islamic Revolution ordered university students to stand against social and cultural disorders by issuing his order "the fire at will". It means that individuals, especially the youth must not be irresponsible about cultural and social matters.
Allah (SWT) says: "Say, "I only advise you of one [thing] – that you stand for Allah, [seeking truth] in pairs and individually…" [1] The Leader of the Islamic Revolution issues the "fire at will" order, in his recent speech addressing the university students. [2] This declaration reminded us of a Qur'anic verse in which Allah (SWT) encourages the faithful to stand for Him in pairs and individually. The verse is pointing to two things. The first is what the Islamic governments as institutions do. They might have fixed plans or proposals to launch and spread justice and equity. The second part of the verse encourages a believer to stand for Allah (SWT) in person. A Muslim, as a member of the society, is responsible to solve the cultural and social problems and to play an important role into bringing positive changes in the society through enjoining good and forbidding evil. The leader's speech may address the youth as individuals to contribute to making positive changes in the society.
