Shooting a pregnant black woman in The U.S

Although the United States is the biggest claimant of human rights, from time to time we hear from the media that a black person has been racially discriminated against. Recently, a pregnant black woman was shot by the police. The reason why such things happen in this country is due to the lack of belief of the people and the government of that country, men who easily violate the law as soon as they find a way to escape it.
It is only ideology that can change people's beliefs and make them truly believe in human rights, and Islam has the best ideology in relation to human rights. Because both theoretically in the Qur'an and practically in the life of the Prophet, it considered human beings equal and prohibited any distinction and discrimination based on race, ethnicity, language, etc.

Shooting a pregnant black woman in The U.S

Introduction:

black woman :In the USA, which considers itself to be the biggest supporter of human rights, once in a while we see racist actions by the police of this country against black American citizens. In the latest incident, a video has been broadcast on social media showing the police shooting a pregnant black woman.[1]

The question is why the American police easily kill a black person? Killing or humiliating other races easily goes back to the mentality and the beliefs of a person who considers himself to be a superior race and other races to be inferior and only respects his own race.

Another question is that despite all these laws and charters in defense of human rights, in a country that considers itself to be the biggest supporter of human rights, the executive branch and some people still have racist beliefs, which appear in the form of killing black people occasionally. why?

Explaination:

The answer is this,  only the law and charters and declarations do not have the ability to change people's beliefs, people obey the law because they consider it binding and in case of violation they will face punishment, but as soon as he feels that he can escape from the consequences of the violation, he easily violates it.  In the USA, on the one hand, the police and law enforcers do not believe in human dignity and human rights, and on the other hand, the law itself has provided the ground for the police to escape from the law, that's why the police easily violate human dignity and rights.

Only religion and ideology have the ability to fundamentally change human beliefs. If people believe in human dignity and this belief is accompanied by laws and charters, it will give practical results. Islam is the only religion and ideology that gives inherent dignity to human beings. In the divine book of this religion, the dignity of human beings is specified where it says:

It means: “Indeed, We have dignified the children of Adam”[2]

Allah introduces racial, ethnic, cultural, and tribal differences, etc, just for recognition and knowing of each other, where he says:

“O mankind! We created you from a single (pair) of a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes, that ye may know each other (not that ye may despise (each other). Verily the most honoured of you in the sight of Allah is (he who is) the most righteous of you”.[3]

God considers better and worse as a business that is at the disposal of a person who must acquire it through effort, which is, knowledge and piety. Again, this acquired superiority is valuable only in the sight of God  and should not be a basis for discrimination between people. In the eyes of the Prophet of Islam, Arabs and Persians, black and white, etc. had the same status. There was no difference between Hamza Arabi, Salman Farsi and Bilal Habashi. Salman Farsi was one of his closest people who even considered him as one of his family members. Bilal, a black man, was the prophet's official muezzin.

Conclusion:

If the people of the world want to establish human rights and dignity, they have no choice but to seek refuge in the most perfect divine religion, Islam, because this is the only religion and ideology that believes in human dignity and human rights by nature. The essence of Islam is rights and dignity of human.

Black people are discriminated against in America from time to time, and despite the establishment of laws in the field of human rights in America, these issues are due to the lack of belief in the issue of human rights by the people and the American government.
