Sahifa al-Askaryya; a resource of supplicatios

What we have received from our Imams is a perfect resource to probe into the Islamic teachings and ideas. Sahifa Askaryya is a collection of Imam Hasan al-Askari's supplications in a six-volume book which is a collection of supplications of 14 infallibles. In the mentioned Sahifa there are 51 supplications, some long and some as short as a line.
Some of the chapters are titled by ''supplication of Imam on Praising Allah, his supplication on praising Allah due to ability of seeing his son, his greetings (Salavat) to the Prophet and every of his successors, and so on and so forth.
A glance on the latter supplication
Abdullah ibn Mohammed ibn 'Abid says, in the year of 255 H, I went to visit the Imam in Samarra and I asked him to recite and dictate the greetings (Salavat) to the Prophet and his successors, then Imam stated "write" and I wrote. These greetings (Salavat) commence with the Prophet then commander of believers and proceeds with Lady Fatima, Imam Hasan, and Imam Husain and so on.
Abdullah says; when he was about to dictate Salavat for himself, he stopped and I asked the reason. Imam replied if it was not a command of Allah to fulfill I would be reluctant to say my own part, then, he completed the Salavat by Imam Mahdi.
The longest part of Salavat is about Imam Mahdi (aj). In this piece Imam Hasan al-Askari says as quoted:
"O Allah, Make the justice appear by him, assist him by your support, be helper of his helpers and make his enemies belittle, tear arrogant apart and through him perish all pagans, hypocrites, and atheists wherever they are, in the east and in west, on lands and on seas, in deserts and in mountains. By means of his existence make the earth abound in justice and make the religion of your Prophet overcome.[1]
