Saudi arabia's responsibility for Mina incident

Representative of Mashhad in Iranian parliament, while pointing towards the incident of Mina in which many pilgrims were martyred, said that our path towards Mina for throwing stone at devil is specified which means it is clear that if this path is closed then who will be trapped in it.

The missing of some of Iranian diplomatic and media figures indicates that the incident had been preplanned.
