Ahkam (Islamic Rules) for the Teenagers (Lesson 23)

Ahkam: It is a set of rules and guidelines that a Muslim must act within. Like the branches of religion (prayer, fasting, zakat, khums, hajj, jihad, enjoining the good, forbidding the evil, Tawalli, Tabarri).

* If the fasting person travels before midday. when he reaches the limit of leave, i.e. he reaches a place where he cannot hear the call to prayer, his fast will be invalidated. he should not have the intention of fasting. If he invalidates his fast before that, in addition to taking Qaza; According to obligatory precaution, there is also Kaffara (expiation).

There is no problem traveling during Ramadan.

* If the traveler reaches his homeland before noon or reaches a place where he wants to stay for ten days, if he has not done anything that invalidates the fast until then, he must fast that day. If he does; Fasting on that day is not obligatory. It must be fulfilled later.

* If the traveler reaches his homeland or the place where he wants to stay for ten days in the afternoon, he cannot fast that day.

Zakat of Fitrah:

After the end of the holy month of Ramadan, i.e. on the day of Eid al-Fitr, the fasting person must give Zakat al-Fitr for himself and those who share his bread, such as his wife and children. For each person, one “Sa'a”, which is approximately three kilos, must be given Zakat al-Fitr.

* Type of zakat fitrah:

Wheat, barley, dates, raisins, rice, corn and the like. If the money is given instead of them, it is okay.

  Khums:

One of the economic duties of Muslims is to pay khums (a kind of Islamic taxes), which in some things, one fifth of them must be given to the Islamic Government.

Khums is obligatory on seven things

2 - Mining
