One of the best vigilances we must exercise to protect and purify our soul is to be cautious about imports [eating and drinking] of our mouth as well as the outputs of it; because, what comes out from the mouth comes from the heart. Hence, if the imports of one's mouth are unclean, consequently, the output of it will be foul, filthy and unclean.
