Ghadir is a Rational Strategy

09:44 - 2022/06/22

With a divine vision, the Holy Prophet (PBUH) foresaw the need for humanity to have a complete model to conquer the peaks of spirituality and introduced the supreme example of the perfect man, the day of Ghadir, to all human beings. But unfortunately, some were perfect by relying on the Commander of the Faithful Ali (as), and some denied their humanity by rejecting him.

Ghadir unveils a clever strategy

Ghadir is a planned event

Some believe that the Ghadir incident is an incident that happened suddenly and without prior planning, while this attitude is fundamentally wrong. History proves that the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, laid the groundwork step by step and guided people's thoughts with written and detailed planning years before this event. On different occasions and in different places, by expressing the unique virtues of Amirul Momineen Ali, peace be upon him, they have raised the issue of his succession with different interpretations. Reflecting on these precious hadiths proves that the purpose of the Messenger of God, may God's prayers and peace be upon him, was to lay the groundwork for Ghadir and express the standards of the future leader of the Islamic society.
To clarify this Holy Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, we will narrate some hadiths from him:
1- Whoever loves Ali (peace be upon him), God accepts his prayers, feasts, and fasts and answers his prayers.
2- By the one in whose hands is my life, this (Ali) and his Shiites are the saviors on the Day of judgment.
3- Loving Ali (peace be upon him) is faith and enmity with Ali (peace be upon him) is disbelief,
4-etc.

Ghadir

Ghadir is a rational strategy

The naming of Ghadeer as "Eid-Allah-e-Akbar" and the interesting interpretation of the Qur'an to the despair of the disbelievers on this day [4] raises the question in the mind that what is the distinctive feature of this Eid that such lofty interpretations have been considered for it? In response to this question, it should be said that the only issue that had not been addressed publicly until that day was the leadership of the Islamic community.
Ghadir is an important day in Islam. The day on which the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of God be upon him) decreed that the government of Imamate and Wilayat would be established on it. On this day, by breaking the bad methods of governing human societies, by introducing Imamate, Islam introduced a new way to society to let the world know that in Islamic society, royal rule, personal and aristocratic rule, and rule by force have no meaning.

If the Qur'an and Qur'anic values are the criteria for the life of human societies, the only way to achieve happiness and a good end is to place the Imams of Athar (peace be upon them) at the head of affairs, and this view was raised on Ghadir Day.

Keeping Ghadir alive is, in a sense, keeping Islam alive. It is hoped that by institutionalizing Ghadir's teachings in himself and those around him, he will pass them on to the next generations so that this precious heritage is not forgotten.
