effect on others: Good manners means good company and good dealings with others. Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) says about good manners:

"Good character is to be gentle in your dealings, purify your speech, and meet your brother with good manners."[1]

The holy religion of Islam always invites its followers to be soft and gentle in dealing with others and prevents them from being rude and harsh. The Holy Quran praises the Prophet and says:

“Truly you are adorned with good manners and greatness”[2]

Kindness and good manner are among the most prominent qualities that attract affection in social gatherings and have an amazing effect on the effectiveness of one's words on others.

Therefore, the merciful God chose His prophets and ambassadors from among the kind and gentle people so that they can have a better effect on the people and attract them to the divine religion.

The Holy Prophet; perfect example of morality

Almighty God considers the good morals of the Prophet as a favor from himself and says:

In the light of God's mercy and grace, you have become kind and gentle with them, and if you were harsh and hard-hearted, they would have dispersed from around you.[3]

It often happened that people came to him with the intention of antagonizing and harassing the Prophet of God, but not only did them not insult him, but they accepted Islam with complete sincerity, and from then on, the Holy Prophet was their beloved and beloved.

The Holy Qur'an also praised the Companions of the Holy Prophet (AS) with this attribute and said:

Muhammad, the Apostle of Allah, and those who are with him are hard against the faithless and merciful amongst themselves.[4]
