Hazrat Ali (AS)
When you get angry, don't let it escalate.

 قال رسول الله (صلی الله علیه و آله): الصَّوْمُ جُنَّةٌ مِنَ النَّار، اصول الکافی؛ ج 4، ص :62

إِيَّاكُمْ وَ اَلنَّظَرَ إِلَى اَلْمَحْذُورَاتِ فَإِنَّهَا بَذْرُ اَلشَّهَوَاتِ وَ نَبَاتُ اَلْفِ

''O People!

Do not be jealous of each other, verily jealousy eats up one’s faith the way fire consume

If you Ignore other’s beneficence, it will causes they disoblige.
