Abstract 
In 2001, UNESCO adopted the Universal Declaration on Cultural Diversity and in December 2002, the UN General Assembly, in its resolution 57/249, declared May 21 to be the World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development. In every country there are different types of culture. These cultures often lead to differences, sometimes causing the severe conflict and war. So in this article should be answered these questions: 1) what is culture? 2) What is diversity? 3) What is cultural diversity and 4) how we manage cultural diversity in workplace?
