The Islamic Republic of Iran, with the blessing of the sharp observer Wali Faqih, considers economic issues as its main priority; but attention should be paid to various cultural and social issues, including hijab, in proportion to its importance.

Amir al-Mu'minin Ali (AS) says about the reasons for the fall of governments:

"Four things are the signs of the fall of governments: not paying attention to fundamental issues, paying attention to less important issues, prioritizing the lowly people and leaving aside the virtuous and worthy people"[1]

This principle that in all work, including the administration of the country, proper prioritization should be done and different issues should be given attention and dealt with according to their priority, is accepted by all intellectuals and sages.

Conflict and tension occur when there is a difference in the recognition of the basic principles and the rulers get confused and wrong in recognizing the country's priorities.

Some people accuse the Islamic system of dealing with secondary issues and not paying attention to fundamental issues;

With the justification that in our country, women's hijab is the priority of officials and economic and livelihood problems are on the sidelines.

To answer this question, several important points can be considered:

1. Contrary to the claims of these people, the Supreme Leader has been introducing the country's first and serious priority to the issue of economy for several years. Economic war has targeted our country and this challenge is more important than military war.

The naming of years with economic titles, great emphasis on a dynamic and resilient economy, the necessity of buying Iranian goods, and other similar cases, indicate that the observer of the Islamic system are very careful and attentive to the priorities.

2. Although we do not deny the importance of economic war; however, the issue of hijab is related to the chastity and lifestyle of us (Iranians) and is not a secondary issue.

Perhaps one of the most fundamental cultural challenges of the country can be considered the problem of Islamic-Iranian clothing.

3- A large amount of media noise about the hijab is related to the opponents of the hijab, and the defenders of the hijab generally have a passive attitude.

It is not clear what the skeptics mean by the Islamic system's excessive attention to the hijab issue?!
