It is a brief outline of the jihad according to the Quranic teachings concerning the real meaning of jihad.
The holy Quran commands Muslims to “Prepare against them (i.e., the enemy) with whatever force and trained horses you can in order to frighten thereby Allah’s enemy, your enemy, and others besides them whom you do not know but Allah knows them.” [1] According to this verse of the holy Quran Muslims must empower themselves through knowledge, technology, weaponry, etc. to protect Islam against their enemies.
But unfortunately nowadays pseudo Islamic jihadi groups do not pay attention to this important quranic guidance and instruction. They fight against American and western forces in Afghanistan or Iraq without having the ability and capability to defeat them. Because, they cannot provide their soldiers with the powerful weaponries and arms in the battle field; rather, they buy the second and third hand weaponries from the western powers to fight against them while the western forces have much more advanced technology of war and weaponry.
During the recent years tens of thousands of Muslim fighters have been killed by the western forces in the mentioned countries whereas a few numbers of the western soldiers are killed in the battlefields. In addition, Islamic countries became the battle field, as a result, the western weaponries destroyed Islamic countries while none of the western countries damaged or suffered from this war. The other important point is that these so called jihadi groups fight against Islamic states killing thousands of innocent Muslim civilians in Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Afghanistan and Pakistan.
Based on the aforementioned facts, regarding the pseudo jihadi groups, one can easily understand that this project of civil war inside the Islamic territory is not for the sake of Islam; rather, it weakens Islam and Muslims gradually. Because of the mentioned facts Muslim young generation should be aware that if they want to defend themselves they must be strong; otherwise, they just weaken Muslims and Islamic states by killing Muslims, and destroy all things in the Islamic cities.
