Laylat al Qadr is known as the Night of Measure, Night of Value. Night of qadr is 19, 21 and 23 Ramadan. Muslims believe that the holy Quran revealed to prophet Mohammad (PBH) from god.
The month of Ramadhan [is that] in which was revealed the Qur'an, a guidance for the people and clear proofs of guidance and criterion. [1]
Indeed, we sent it down during a blessed night. Indeed, we were to warn [mankind]. [2]
They believe revelation of the Quran occurred in two phases, with the first phase being the revelation in its entirety on Laylat al-Qadr to the angel Gabriel (Jibril in Arabic) in the lowest heaven, and then the subsequent verse-by-verse revelation to Muhammad by Gabriel, across 23 years. Almighty Allah (J) destines all of good and evil of people such as; Birth, death, aliment, Hajj, obedience, sin and etc.
so worship is virtuous in the night of qadr and it is better than a thousand months. Of course it has actions and you follow it in Mafatih-ALjinan.
