Although, some fixed prayers which are said in the nights of Ramadan may have some weak chains of transmission, but it should not avoid uttering them for the rich contents of these prayers are in accord with the purpose of the Ramadan and the Night of power.

It is certain that Night of Qadr is the month of Ramadan as per the holy Qur'an, but the Qur'an does not reveal the exact Night of Qadr. However, in the sayings of the Prophet and his household (P) more emphasis is given to the 23rd of Ramadan.

Night of Qadr (power and destiny) is the night of blessing and mercy in which the holy Qur'an is revealed to the Prophet (P) and the gates of Allah's mercy are open to the people.

Summary:Laylat al Qadr is known as the Night of Measure, Night of Value. Night of qadr is 19, 21 and 23 Ramadan. Muslims believe that the holy Quran revealed to prophet Mohammad (PBH) from god.
