Books of history and hadith have narrated numerous encounters between the Abbasid caliphs and Imam Musa bin Jafar Kazem (peace be upon them). The most important of which is Harun's encounters. At the same time, it should be noted that the Shia Imams all insisted on the necessity of observing “taqiyyah” and tried to manage the Shia formation and their leadership secretly. Naturally, this situation caused history to not be able to accurately evaluate their political movements. However, the witness of these many efforts is the steadfastness of Shia, which could not stand without such efforts. The leadership of this movement and the subtlety used in guiding it, is an important factor in the stability of Shia in history.

Now, we will have an overview of the dealings of the caliphs, especially Harun, with Imam Kazim (peace be upon him). In these dealings, the position of the Imam and his political method are obtained. "Ibn Shahr Ashoob" reports on Mansoor's dealings with Imam Kazem (peace be upon him) and writes:

“Mansoor asked the Imam to sit in his place in the assembly on Nowruz Eid and take the gifts they bring on his behalf. The Imam replied: “I checked the news that came from my grandfather, the Messenger of God (peace and blessings of God be upon him) and I did not find any news about this Eid. This Eid is one of the traditions of Iranians, which Islam has abrogated. I seek refuge in God from bringing back what Islam has destroyed”. In response, Mansour said: "Legend policy".[1], [2]
