Hazrat Fatima's guardianship (S.A) from the perspective of the Qur'an

guardianship: We presented the trust to the heavens, the earth, and the mountains, so they refused to take it and were afraid of it, but [but] man took it; Indeed, he was an ignorant tyrant.[1]

This verse is one of the verses that can be used to prove the guardianship of Hazrat Sadiqa (PBUH). The trust that God Almighty has offered to the heavens, the earth, and the mountains and asked them to accept it, and this trust is the guardianship of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), Amir al-Mu'minin, Fatimah, Hassanein, and the Imams after them.

Mufazil bin Amr narrates from Imam Sadiq (AS):

God Almighty created souls two thousand years before the creation of bodies and put the souls of Muhammad, Ali, Fatima, and Hasnain, and the nine imams from the generation of Hussain bin Ali (peace be upon him) as the noblest and highest souls, and presented them to the heavens and the earth and the mountains, and the light of the fourteen innocents spread everywhere in the world.

Then the Almighty addressed the heavens and the earth, saying: These are my friends and saints, and these are my proofs over all my creatures.

None of my creatures are more beloved to me than them; I have created my paradise for their friends, and my hellfire for their opponents and enemies; So, their province is my trust in the eyes of my creatures. Except for these chosen ones, who can carry this burden of trust with all its weight or claim this position?[2]

After this event, God's messengers were the guardians of this trust, and they also explained this issue to their trustees and the faithful of their Ummah.

As a result, Hazrat Sediqah Zahra (PBUH) was also the guardian of the Prophets, just as the Great Prophet and Ali and eleven other Imams were their guardians. It means that all the prophets believed in submission and humility in front of these fourteen holy beings.

As stated in some hadith, among the actions of Prophet Moses and Prophet Jesus during the prophethood of those two was the Dhikr of Salavat, which indicates the admittance to the guardianship of the Fourteen Innocents.[3]

And then it adds that this guardianship is what God says:

We presented the trust to the heavens, the earth, and the mountains…
