Night al-Qadr in Qura'n

night al-Qadr is one of the important times that is emphasized a lot in the Quran and has been said for it, high position.

In Surah Qadr, the reason for the importance and special status of this night is the revelation of the Qur'an[1] and the descent of the angels[2].

Quran has introduced this night as a full of health[3]. Also, on this night, the fate of humans is determined[4] .

In order to determine the fate of humans on this night and the existence of many blessings and blessings that are not unrelated to the descent of angels and spirits, it is ordered to vigil this night, stay awake and perform worship.

Night al-Qadr in Ahadith

It has been narrated: "On the twenty-third night of the holy month of Ramadan, the Holy Prophet of Islam (PBUH) would wake up his family and sprinkle water on the faces of those who were sleeping."

It is also mentioned by Hazrat Fatemeh Zahra (PBUH): "She did not let anyone sleep on this night. For this reason, she used to give little food to her family and prepare himself for that night from the day before and said: Deprived and useless is the one who is deprived of the good and blessings of this night.[5]

According to the verses of the Qur'an and the narrations about the Night of Qadr, it is found that the descent of the angels and the spirit happens on the night of Qadr every year. On this night, the matters related to the next year were revealed by the angels during the time of the Prophet to himself and then to his successors, who are Hazrat Ali (a.s.) and his eleven innocent children, and now it is also revealed to Imam Mahdi (a.s.).
