one of Satan's tricks is giving false hopes and promises. As God Almighty says in the Qur'an:
He makes them promises and gives them [false] hopes, yet Satan does not promise them anything but a delusion.
Satan's promises and false hopes
False hopes
It is said that one-night Hajjaj was going somewhere, [he heard] that a man selling milk in his house said: I wish I could sell my milk for such amount so that I could buy such goods and get a lot of profit and my condition would become better. Then And I would marry Hajjaj's daughter. I would have a child from her and one day I would enter the house and the Hajjaj's daughter would fight with me and I would kick her so hard that she would injure .
Meanwhile, the excited milkman kicked the container of milk and spilled it. Hajjaj entered her house, gave her fifty blows with a whip, and said: If you think that one day you will marry my daughter with the intention of hitting her, next time I will walk over you.
In the end, it should be said that one of Satan's tricks is giving false hopes and promises
As God Almighty says in the Qur'an:
He makes them promises and gives them [wrong] hopes, yet Satan does not promise them anything but a delusion.[1]
