Fatima “S”, the Evidence of being Oppressed and the Legitimacy of Ahl al-Bayt “a.s”- 1

17:02 - 2023/12/14

- These days are the Fatimiya days. The anniversary of the oppressed martyrdom of Fatima Zahra (s). The only child of the Holy Prophet of Islam (s), who did not live for more than 75 or 95 days after his death. Her martyrdom has a story that can distinguish true Islam from false Islam and separate the path of guidance from the path of misguidance. Her story of martyrdom let the Muslims know which Islam is Muhammad’s Islam among all the sects that claim Islam.

The Importance of Fatima Zahra "S" from the perspective of the Qur'an:

Fatima Zahra "S" has a special place in the Word of Revelation, about whom many verses have been revealed. In this article, only three verses are briefly mentioned.

Fatima in the verse of “Tat’hir”(purification):

Fatimah is one of the five members of A’al-Abba, in whose honor the verse of "Tat’hir" (verse 33 of Surah Al-Ahzab) was revealed, which exempts her from any kind of impurity. The word “Rijs” (filth) in the Qur'an is absolute and has no condition. Therefore, it includes any outward filth (such as filth and dirt) and inner filth (sin and mistake). Therefore, the Qur'an introduces Fatima Zahra (S) as pure and free from any outward dirt, mistake or sin and says: “Indeed Allah desires to repel all impurity from you, O People of the Household, and purify you with a thorough purification”.[1]

Fatima Zahra "S" in the verse of Olu Al-Amr:

The Holy Qur'an orders Muslims to obey God, the Prophet (pbuh) and the " Olu Al-Amr " that says: “O you who believe! Obey Allah, and obey the Messenger, and those charged with authority among you”.[2] In this verse, the word “Ati’ou” (obedience) is absolute and no adverb is mentioned in it. Its requirement is that: God, the Prophet, and the " Olu Al-Amr "  must be free from any sin, error, and mistake, So that they do not order sin and error, so that they are obeyed absolutely. In other words, the Prophet and the " Olu Al-Amr " must be infallible in order for absolute obedience to be meaningful. By using the verse of "Tat’hir/purification", the five people of Abba (the Prophet, Ali, Fatima, Hasan and Hussein “a.s”) are infallible and free from any kind of sin, error and mistake. Therefore, Fatima “s” is one of those "Olu al-Amr" who, according to the Qur'an, must be followed. She should be the Imam and the Guide of the Muslims to lead them to the true Islam and the path of guidance.
